Returns & refunds

Every item is printed to order specifically for you once you place your order. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, change of mind, or ordering by mistake. Please check our size guide before ordering.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us at our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

If we ask you to send the item back, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. We don't cover return shipping for any reason, including for confirmed defects.

Order changes and cancellations

Because production starts shortly after you order, we can only change or cancel an order if it hasn't yet entered production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
